This page is a placeholder. The address is printed in the book and resolves, which is the part that had to be true first; the data is not here yet.

When it is, it will be the book's reference list as machine-readable data:

• one entry per reference, with a DOI on every entry that has one;
• the verification status of each, so that a reference nobody could resolve is visible as such rather than silently absent;
• a file you can parse, not a page you have to scrape.

Until then, every source the book relies on for a computed number is cited in the chapter that uses it, and the code that produces the number is in the repository.

If you followed a printed address here expecting the list, that is worth knowing about — the errata page says how to report it.
